twin beds restaurant absence
I liked the location near the train station , but there were some issues. I was given two twin beds pushed together instead of the king bed I booked. Also , the hotel lacked basic services , like a restaurant. I missed having breakfast available or being able to order room service.

adequate stay with some issues
hot room traffic noises
the location was acceptable.
the room was too hot. i contacted the staff, however they could not resolve the issue. the thermostat was set very low for hours, but the room did not cool until morning. i experienced loud traffic noises throughout the night due to being on the first floor.

Excellent Stay Near the Train Station
clean towels efficient staff comfortable bed
My room had good water pressure. The shower was spacious. I also appreciated the clean towels provided daily. I was pleased that the air conditioning worked very well, it kept the room cool. The staff greeted me with Moroccan tea and sweets upon my arrival. The reception staff was friendly and efficient, I found the check-in process very fast. They helped with my luggage immediately. I also found the location was convenient to reach many shops and restaurants. The room had a very comfortable bed. The housekeeping team maintained the room impeccably. They ensured the room smelled fresh each day, that was something I noticed. I was able to sleep soundly.
The elevator was small. A wheelchair likely cannot fit.

The hotel is located near various restaurants, it makes dining convenient. I observed that the train station is within walking distance of the hotel. This is useful for travelers using rail transport, they don't need to take a taxi.

The staff provided a welcome drink of Moroccan tea. The team helped with luggage upon arrival, which I appreciated. The reception area seemed well-organized, they promptly addressed guest inquiries, this ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process.

adequate stay with a few issues
cleaning product street noise
i was a bit frustrated with a few things. the room smelled strongly of the cleaning product used (it was overpowering). also, the noise from the street was quite noticeable at night. i found it hard to sleep well despite the otherwise decent room (i really wanted a good night's rest).

a warm winter escape!
helpful receptionist warm atmosphere cozy bed
Ibtissam at reception was helpful, so kind, and very professional. she welcomed us warmly and made check-in seamless. She assisted with everything we needed. the hotel had a luxurious feel, yet it remained cozy, a warm and cute atmosphere. our room was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. the large, cozy bed ensured we slept well each night.
the room seemed slightly smaller than what was depicted in the pictures.

the receptionists were helpful with all our needs ! ibtissam was especially polite and seemed to know how to treat the customers. she provided perfect information and was well-informed about customs.

the room included necessary amenities such as a hairdryer, slippers, tea, coffee, a kettle, and towels. a french balcony provided views of the mountains to the right. daily cleaning kept everything pristine.

We received mint tea and swiss chocolate upon check-in. a 24-hour drink service was available. It was very much appreciated. the hotel staff brought a three-tiered afternoon tea tray with various snacks to our room for each of us.

clean room cozy bed excellent coffee hot room thermostat issue staff inability
my room was spotlessly clean it was beautifully maintained. the large bed was cozy and i slept well each night. i appreciated the excellent coffee. having secure luggage storage was convenient.
the room was hot most of the night. staff could not fix the issue. the thermostat was set low for hours yet the room did not cool until morning.
